Jack has worked in property his whole career and in strategic land for the past 6 years, over which he has accrued significant knowledge in this specific sector and acquired a large contact set for a few select private equity groups on a mix of residential, commercial and large infrastructure projects. Seeing the opportunity to offer this service he used this to springboard it into a consultancy company to enable him to help more clients bringing on some trusted partners to help build the Butterworth consultancy.

Chris has also worked in property and construction his whole career and met Jack in the Officers training Corp in the Army Reserves while they were studying at Exeter University. Chris has worked at a top London surveying firm based in Victoria. Chris specialises in the technical aspects and has a vast contact base to help our clients.
